According to DPWH-NCR Director Melvin B. Navarro, the road rehabilitation will begin at 11PM, Friday, March 2, 2018 covering eight (8) road sections.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Iloilo City District Engineering Office (ICDEO) is currently undertaking the rehabilitation/improvement of various road sections in the metro.
According to District Engineer Rodney A. Gustilo, these road sections are dilapidated and need to be rehabilitated, for a safer and more convenient travel, hence, it is expected that traffic flow would be a bit inconvenient while the work is ongoing.
