Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark A. Villar made the statement citing DPWH Palawan 1st District Engineering Office’s (PFDEO) report on the ongoing construction of a 2.12-kilometer, 2-lane access road project that leads to seaweed plantations in Barangay Danleg, Dumaran.

According to Secretary Mark A. Villar, the recently completed 540-meter section of the access road supplements the 1.02-kilometer portion that was paved last year by DPWH Quirino District Engineering Office (DEO).
