A newly-paved road constructed by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is now benefitting rice and mung bean planters of Santiago, Isabela by reducing the transport cost of crops.
“With paved road, we are ensuring a more efficient transport of goods and local products in the area, which will uplift the economic condition of residents,” said DPWH Secretary Mark A. Villar.
