Various Infra Completed in Pangasinan

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has completed a total of six (6) infrastructure projects focused on protecting the community and fostering social growth in the Province of Pangasinan.

In his report to DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan, DPWH Region I Director Ronnel Tan said the completed projects implemented by the DPWH Pangasinan 3rd District Engineering Office include a flood control structure, road improvement and public buildings in the towns of Natividad Pozzorubio, Urdaneta City, and San Nicolas.

DPWH Paves Road to Far-Flung Communities in Montevista, Davao de Oro

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has recently improved a local road to provide ease of access to far-flung communities in the Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro.

DPWH Regional Office 11 Director Juby B. Cordon, in her report to DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan, said that a two (2)-lane concrete road was constructed to connect the once hard to reach Barangay San Vicente to the section of Daang Maharlika in Barangay Linoan.

DPWH Builds 2-storey Emergency Evacuation Facility in Baler, Aurora

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has turned over a modern evacuation center to provide shelter during emergencies in Baler, Aurora.

The 543.2 square-meter facility built in Barangay Suklayin features an open space that caters 60 bunk beds, a pantry, a storage room, a laundry area, six (6) showers, and six (6) separate toilet rooms for men and women, one of which is reserved for persons with disabilities.
