The Turn-over Cermony of Kabayawa-Pintolocan FMR at Brgy. Poblacion, Carmen was well-attended by the local government unit, Mun. Mayor Ramon Calo and his SP members, representative of Cong. Erlpe John Amante, Ms. Gloria Pabillore, representative from the Department of Agriculture, Engr. Thessa Lyn Bongcawel and DPWH ADNDEO Project Engineer Joel Alfred Yulo last May 5, 2016. This project has length of 1.414 km. paved road with line drainage and concrete shoulder. The project was completed last December 14, 2015 under contract with Rey Rose Construction & Supply with a contract amount of P15M.

Major agricultural product in this area is coconut. Although Carmen is the mango capital of Agusan del Norte province, coconut is also one of the major crops produced by the province. The municipality of Carmen contributed 6,936.77 MT to the total production of the province which is 75,184.34 MT. Through this newly completed Farm-to-Market Road, coconut planters will be more encouraged to increase their production since they already have an easy access of concrete road to transport their products from any points of Agusan del Norte and even to other neighboring provinces.
