Receiving a newly-constructed 225.5-lineal-meter and 318-linear-meter roads are the agricultural barangays of San Miguel and San Pedro Palcarangan, respectively.

According to DPWH Regional Office 3 Director Roseller A. Tolentino, the Barangay San Miguel Road, aside from concreting works, also included the construction of retaining walls and wheel guards on both sides of the road.

The Barangay San Pedro Palcarangan Road, on the other hand, is seen to significantly bring positive changes and benefits to its residents by boosting the local economy all the while ensuring the safety of residents’ commute.

The local roads are now providing farmers from both communities with routes that allows for easy transport of their agricultural products from farms to market centers in Lubao and other parts of Pampanga.

The DPWH Pampanga 2nd District Engineering Office (DEO) implemented the paving of both roads, which cost P9.8 million with funding sourced from the 2022 General Appropriations Act (GAA).
