
Two (2) national road sections in the Cordillera Administrative Region, and one (1) each in Region 3 and 4-B are still inaccessible to all types of vehicles due to collapsed soil, bridge approach, and washed-out box culvert.
Report as of 7:00 am Tuesday, July 27, 2021, DPWH Bureau of Maintenance identified closed roads as Baguio-Bontoc Road K0362+600, Busa Bridge, Sabangan, Mt. Province; Abra - Kalinga Road, K0487+250 and K0489+900 sections in Gacab, Malibcong, Abra; Junction Layac Balanga Mariveles Port Road Zigzag Section K0160+000 in Bataan; and Mindoro West Coastal Road, K0353+900, Pag-asa Section, in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro.
Two (2) roads in Pampanga are flooded and still closed to light vehicles namely: Apalit Macabebe Masantol Road, K0062+600 – K0063+400, in Calsada Bayu, Sta. Lucia Matua, Masantoland Sto Tomas - Minalin Road (Minalin- Macabebe Section), K0072+500-k0073+300.
A total of 22 national road sections previously closed due to monsoon rains have reopened since July 22, 2021, composing of seven (7) roads each in CAR and NCR, one (1) in Region 1, five (5) in Region 4-A, and two (2) in Region 4-B.
