The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) - Biliran District Engineering Office (DEO) will implement infrastructure projects amounting to P976.730 Million for fiscal year 2017 based on the National Expenditure Program (NEP) with Errata.
The proposed FY 2017 Infra Program for Biliran DEO consists of twenty one (21) projects under the National Road Network Services; four (4) projects under the Flood Management Services; one (1) project under the Maintenance and Construction Services of Other Infrastructure; and nineteen (19) projects under the Local Infrastructure Program with a total of 45 projects based on the NEP with Errata. The final listing of projects and corresponding amount will be determined upon the approval of the FY 2017 GAA.
As of December 20, 2016, Biliran DEO had already advertised twenty (20) projects, thirteen (13) projects were already bid out, four (4) are scheduled to be bid out on December 27, 2016 while the other three (3) on December 28, 2017.
Upon approval of the FY 2017 GAA, these bid out projects will be obligated and implementation will follow.
