Works are on-going for the building of a 64-bed capacity dormitory/isolation facility for frontliners in Cebu City.
Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark A. Villar said that the project which involves the conversion of container vans into a 16-bed capacity isolation facility at Lot 17, NOAH Complex, South Road Properties, Cebu City, is aimed for completion in October.
We hope to turn-over a fully-equipped dormitory to our Cebu City frontliners very soon. As a matter of fact, with the pace of construction, we see the completion of this facility by October 25, 2020, said Secretary Villar.
The dorm facility is furnished with air-condition units, sofa, toilet and bath, laundry area and common kitchen with complete amenities for the medical personnel.
