Movement of products and services in Zamboanga del Norte has now improved with the newly completed farm to market road project at Barangay Canupong, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte.
The P6M newly paved 380 meters project, 600 more or less residents are directly benefitted. Moreover, the 3,000 plus residents of the neighboring barangays of Panganuran, Bayanihan and Tipan are now utilizing the newly completed road.
According to 2013 data of National Statistic Office (NSO), Zamboanga del Norte has the highest number of farms among the provinces in Region 9, with 104,070 farms used mainly for planting coconut, palay, corn, banana and sugarcane.
