The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Leyte 4th District Engineering Office (DEO) continued its assistance to the traveling public through the Department’s program ‘Lakbay-Alalay’. Activated on December 20, 2019, the Motorist Assistance Stations manned by Maintenance crew in three (3) strategic locations within the 4th District of Leyte had already helped and assisted numerous motorists and pedestrians. ‘Lakbay-Alalay is until January 02, 2020.
This is in line with the Department’s objective to provide emergency services to the public, as well as ensure smooth traffic flow during the holiday season.
