With the Department of Educations’ (DepEd) opening of classes for School Year (SY) 2019-2020 in public schools nationwide, 324 students are now accommodated in the newly completed three (3) storey building, Sabangan Elementary School at Bonuan, Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
The Department of Public Works and Highways Pangasinan Second District Engineering Office has recently completed the nine (9) classroom school Building at Sabangan Elementary School. District Engineer Edita L. Manuel said each classroom can comfortably fit in 36 students. The building is equipped with smoke and fire detection with water sprinkler system in case of fire, DE Manuel added. Most students enrolled are from Barangays Bonuan, Sabangan, Catacdang and Gueset, Dagupan City.
