Secretary Rogelio L. Singson led a “boodle fight” lunch with his men and women from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) National Capital Region involved in the recent successful holding of the 27th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders’ Summit 2015 in Manila. To ensure the success of this year’s biggest international event in the Philippines, the DPWH as member of APEC National Organizing Committee was involved in the preparatory works particularly on major roads that were utilized during the APEC meetings like EDSA, NAIA, Roxas Boulevard and routes connected to the hotels where the international leaders and other delegates are billeted.
