The year 2015 had been full of achievements and results for Eastern Samar District Engineering Office under the leadership of District Engineer Manolo A. Rojas.
The district engineering office posted 91% performance in the absorptive capacity and 90.20% physical accomplishment.
As of December 31, 2015, Eastern Samar District Engineering Office implemented one hundred eighteen (118) projects for DPWH CY 2015 Infrastructure Program , one hundred eleven (111) projects have already been completed, seven (7) are still on-going, and three (3) of which are slated to be completed by the end of the year 2015 and the remaining four (4) projects are to be completed by first quarter of 2016.
