The Department of Public Works and Highways – Regional Office VI kicked off its FY 2020 Budget Preparation Instructional Meeting led by Engr. Severo A. Ruiz of the Planning and Design Division last February 6, 2019 at the DPWH Conference Hall. The Planning Engineers from the fifteen (15) District Engineering Offices (DEOs) gathered as they discussed the Multi Year Programming and Scheduling (MYPS) application usage as well as Multi Year Obligation Authority (MYOA) Projects. The process for submission of Regional Budget Proposals to the Planning Service in DPWH Central Office was also tackled.
