Smoke-Free Campaign

Department of Public Works and Highways Camarines Norte District Engineering Office (DPWH-CNDEO) relaunched its “No To Tobacco Industry Interface” campaign this year in its endeavor to bag the Red Orchids Awards of the Department of Health (DOH). The Orchid Awards is a special recognition given by the DOH to different government establishments that will abide on measures suggested by the World Health Organization (WHO) Framework Convention on Tobacco Control and Republic Act 9211 or Tobacco Regulation Act of 20013 to ensure a smoke-free environment on various workplaces, public transports, and public places.
