The conduct of feasibility studies for these two (2) major projects is a grant aid under the economic and technical cooperation agreement signed by the Philippines and Chinese governments signed on April 2018. These two (2) major projects are part of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte administration’s “Build, Build, Build” massive infrastructure program.
