Public Works Secretary Mark A. Villar, together with the members of the DPWH Sub-Committee on Accessibility on Built-Environment and Transportation (SCABET) met with the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) Governing Board on Tuesday, November 7, 2017. The SCABET holds quarterly meeting to discuss policies and programs relative to accessibility aimed at the creation of a non-handicapping environment for people with disabilities in the country.
