Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark A. Villar receives from Metro Pacific Investment Corporation Chairman Manuel V. Pangilinan the post-award requirements for the NLEX-SLEX Connector Road Project seven (7) days after DPWH issued the Notice of Award to proponent Metro Pacific Tollways Development Corporation (MPTDC) to build an eight (8) kilometers elevated toll highway that would connect North and South Luzon Expressways.
