Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary (DPWH) Rogelio L. Singson directed DPWH Region 1 Director Melanio C. Briosos to install informative signs leading to Urdaneta City entry/exit of the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway in Pangasinan. The additional 13.72 kilometers Rosales to Urdaneta City Section currently in the finishing stages was open free of toll charges to class 1 vehicles (4 wheels) this holiday season up to January 20, 2015.
