Three (3) young civil engineers of the Department of Public Works and Highways were granted sponsorship on Master of Environmental Studies by the Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE) Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) in Japan for two (2) years.
