The Department of Public Works and Highways-Metro Manila Second District Engineering Office will undertake asphalt overlay at the EDSA Magallanes Interchange Southbound approach on Wednesday, November 11, 2015.
Works will affect the Cubao-Manila lane which will start at 11:00 in the evening and will end at 4:00 the following morning, November 12, 2015.
Motorists are advised to take other alternative routes.
