With capacity of up to 30 families or 150 individuals, the REC at a 3,000-square meter lot in Barangay Vista Alegre, Bacolod City is built to be disaster-resilient, gender-sensitive, and compliant to standards.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has attained 64 percent completion of the San Miguel – Calaitan Road Project which will provide better access for locals and farmers in the Caraga Region.
Region 13 Director Pol M. Delos Santos said that once completed, the road will provide ease of access to basic facilities and services to encourage the development of agriculture and domestic trade across the region.
