DPWH Central Office attains CSC PRIME-HRM Maturity Level 2 Award

Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark A. Villar receives from Civil Service Commission (CSC) DPWH Field Office Director Evelyn A. Viernes (at left) a Certificate of Recognition for DPWH Central Office obtaining Maturity Level 2 in human resource system under the CSC Enhanced Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME HRM) during the flag raising rites on December 17, 2018. CSC monitors and reviews existing programs and practices of DPWH Central Office under four (4) human resource management systems: Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Rewards and Recognition. Also present at the conferment of the award as a result of DPWH determination and invaluable efforts to promote people excellence in the agency and for efficient and effective public service delivery are Undersecretary Ardeliza R. Medenilla and Assistant Secretary B. Elizabeth E. Yap of the Support Services, and Human Resource and Administrative Service Director Michael S. Villafranca.
