LIST OF ROAD SECTIONS IN REGION V
Affected by Tropical Storm “GLENDA”

We wish to inform the public that as of 6:00AM of 17 July 2014, the following Major/Secondary Roads in Region V are PASSABLE/NOT PASSABLE due to the effects of Tropical Storm Glenda:

Albay I
  Legazpi-Sto. Domingo-Tabaco-Tiwi-Camarines Sur Bdry. Road and Ligao-Tabaco Road, passable. Clearing is on-going on secondary national road.
Albay II
  All national roads are passable. Clearing is on-going
Albay III
  Daang Maharlika Highways cleared of fallen trees and is passable, clearing on secondary national road ongoing.
Camarines Norte
  All national roads are passable.
Camarines Sur I
  Daang Maharlika Highway, Danao-Pasacao road and Milaor-Minalabac-Pili road, passable. Clearing is still on-going on secondary national road.
Camarines Sur II
  All national roads are passable.
Camarines Sur III
Tigaon-Lagonoy Road passable. /dd>
Camarines Sur IV
  All national roads are passable, clearing operation still on-going.
Camarines Sur V
  Rolando A. Andaya Highway and Daang Maharlika Highway passable
  Sipocot-Barcelona-Cabusao (secondary national road) Road impassable, clearing operation is still on-going.
Catanduanes
  Catanduanes Circumferential Road–Virac–Bato–San Miguel–Viga–Panganiban–Bagamanoc K0002+000–K0062+000 passable
  CCR Bagamanoc–Pandan road K0062+000=K0109+000 passable with minor landslide
  CCR-Pandan–Caramoran–San Andres Road K0109+000-K0162+000 passable with minor landslide
Masbate I
  1. Masbate–Cataingan Road is passable to light vehicles due to heavily scour of Banadero Bridge detour approach of the on-going reconstruction of Banadero Bridge. Cost estimate of damages is P300,000.00
  2. Jct. Tawad–Balud Road not passable due to damaged/washed out Narangasan Bridge detour of reconstruction of Narangasan Bridge. Cost estimate of damages is P1,300,000.00
  3. Jct. Milagros–Baleno-Lagta Road passable to light vehicles to sagging of PCCP, bridge detour of construction of Bonbon Bridge. Cost estimate of damages is P200,000.00.
Masbate II
  1. Masbate–Cataingan-Placer-Daraga Road. On-going clearing of fallen trees and debris, cleaning of clogged drainage, clearing of bridge waterways, noted collapsed concrete revetment (grouted riprap) at brgy. Armena, Uson, Masbate, Equipment on field 1-dumptruck, 2 chainsaws.
  2. Jct. Buenavista–Cawayan Road passable, clearing operation on going. Equipment on field 1-dumptruck, 2- chainsaws.
Sorsogon I
  All national roads are passable to all types of vehicles, clearing operation still on-going along Daang Maharlika.
Sorsogon II
  Daang Mahalika, Gate-Bulan Airport Road, Irosin-Bulusan Lake Road, Ariman-Bulusan Road, Abuyog-Gubat Road, Ariman-Casiguran Road, Gubat-Prieto Diaz Road and Gubat-Casiguran Road all passable and Bacon-Sawanga-Prieto Diaz Road (secondary national road) impassable due to fallen trees, clearing ongoing.
