Bonoan welcomed key officials and Board of Directors members from the National Irrigation Administration (NIA), National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), Office of the President, and the Department of Agriculture (DA) in the 1012th NIA Regular Board Meeting held on February 20, 2025 at the DPWH Central Office, Port Area, Manila.
