Widened Angat Bridge along Arterial Bypass Road in Bulacan Now Open

Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark A. Villar announced the opening of an expanded 2.22-kilometer section of Arterial Plaridel Bypass Road including one (1) of Luzon’s longest bridge across Angat River in Bustos, Bulacan.

Secretary Villar said that the additional two (2) new lanes will enhance transport capacity of the bypass road experiencing traffic growth with increasing number of motorists going eastern part of Bulacan and Nueva Ecija.

DPWH to Undertake Weekend Repair Works on EDSA, C5

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will resume its reblocking and repair works on Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Circumferential Road 5.

Repair works on section of two (2) major thoroughfares in Metro Manila start 11 p.m. Friday, July 9, 2021 until 5 a.m. Monday, July 12, 2021.

DPWH-NCR Director Eric A. Ayapana reported that the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has given clearance to conduct road maintenance activities along EDSA, Caloocan City from K0010+(-942)-K0010+666.
