Metro Manila motorists are advised of the following road sections that are flooded and only passable to heavy vehicles as of 12 noon Tuesday, July 23, 2024:
Mandaluyong City
1) Boni Avenue, cor. F. Ortigas, 30-cm flood level
2) Boni Avenue, Maysilo Circle, 30-cm flood level
The DPWH National Capital Region also reported the following roads that are flooded, but still passable to all types of vehicles:
City of Manila
1) Blumentritt Road cor. P. Margal and P. Florentino, 20-cm flood level
2) Mel Lopez Boulevard cor. C2 and Moriones, 10-cm flood level
Pasay City
1) Taft Avenue north bound near Arellano University, 5-cm flood level
2) EDSA cor. Taft Avenue, 10-cm flood level
Quezon City
1) Elliptical Road near cor. Quezon Avenue, 20-cm flood level
