Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary Virgilio Delos Reyes (third from right), DPWH XI Regional Director Mariano R. Linoan for the turn over ceremonies of the Banag-Banag Farm to Market Road. A product of DAR-DPWH Inter-agency Convergence, the project will greatly benefit the Agrarian Reform Community in Compostella Valley.
