OIC- Assistant Regional Director Jose Al V. Fruto (8th from left) represented the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Region 6 during the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing of the Inter-agency Road Safety Program spearheaded by Iloilo Governor Arthur D. Defensor Sr. which aims to address an increasing number of road accidents in Iloilo province and discuss several road safety issues.
