The SLEX Elevated Extension Project is an elevated expressway parallel to the existing viaduct alignment. The northbound viaduct consists of 3 lanes and starts from the midpoint of Susana Heights and Mandarin Overpass and ends at the existing ramp leading to the Skyway near Sucat Interchange with a total length of 4.127 km. The southbound expansion, is a 2-lane additional carriageway that stretches almost parallel to the northbound alignment with a total length of 3.814 km.
The Project includes construction of the following:
1. Northbound ramp from SLEX Muntinlupa to the Skyway Main Toll Plaza
2. Northbound ramp from Alabang viaduct to the Skyway Alabang Toll Plaza (for future expansion)
3. Southbound ramp from the Skyway Main Toll Plaza to SLEX Muntinlupa
4. The Skyway Alabang Toll Plaza will also be widened to add more toll lanes to accommodate more motorists both from Northbound and Southbound directions
