Responsibilities:
The Undersecretary for Regional Operations in Mindanao shall have overall supervision and control over the operations of all Regional Offices in Mindanao. He shall likewise have overall supervision and control over all infrastructure projects implemented by the Department, but funded under the budget of various line agencies, i.e. school buildings, health centers and farm-to-market roads in his areas of assignment.
Other Assignment:
- DPWH Permanent representative to the Cabinet Assistance System (CAS)
- DPWH Permanent Member to the Toll Regulatory Board
- DPWH Focal Person to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations- National Organizing Council (ASEAN-NOC)
