Engineer Najib D. Dilangalen’s early exposure to the works of the Department dating back to 1989 earned him the experience and knowledge needed for his post as OIC-Assistant Regional Director of DPWH Eastern Visayas.
He has served as the District Engineer of Zamboanga Sibugay Second District Engineering Office for 6 years before his new stint as acting ARD of DPWH 8. He was also assigned as District Engineer of the Cotabato City Sub District Engineering Office.
