Started her career in communications in the DPWH as Information Writer in 1979

Rose from the ranks until her appointment as Director IV, Stakeholders Relations Service.

Graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Arts Major in Mass Communications from University of the Cordilleras, Baguio City, and Master’s Degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines

Has completed Special Courses :

  • Communications from the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), Tagaytay City
  • Project Management Course, Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Makati City
  • Community Engagement Program : Co–creating the Future: Mobilizing Multi–Stakeholder Partnerships, Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Makati City, and
