OIC-Assistant
Regional Director Tambal has brought to his position 33
years of work experience as licensed civil engineer. He has been serving as OIC-Assistant Regional Director since
August 9, 2007. Before
that, he served as District Engineer for two years and as
OIC-District Engineer for one year.
He
started working in the DPWH in 1981 as Civil Engineer.
He became the District Engineer of the DPWH Romblon
District Engineering Office, OIC-District Engineer, Assistant
Division Chief for Construction, Assistant District Engineer,
OIC-Assistant District Engineer and Chief of the Maintenance
Section.
Assistant
Director Tambal has had his District Engineer Candidates
Course in 2004.
To enrich his skills in project management, he attended
the Seminar on Water Resources Development, Flood Control and
Disaster Rehabilitation, Water Supply Development, Water Well
Drilling, Geo-Resistivity and Water Supply Quality Analysis.
A graduate of BS in Civil Engineering in 1979 from
Divine Word University of Tacloban, Assistant Director Tambal
also finished his Graduate Studies of Masters in Public
Administration in 2003 from Holy Trinity College, Puerto
Princesa City and 12 units of Doctor in Public Administration
in 2007 at Romblon State College, Batangas State University
Consortium.
Assistant Director
Tambal was born on October 11, 1957.
He married Merlina Servando and is blessed with six
children. |
