 Assuring quality of work, Department of Public Works and Highways CAR Director Mariano Alquiza personally supervises the remove and replace works on orders of DPWH Secretary Hermogenes E. Ebdane Jr. along the Boga Section of the Halsema Highway, Phase II. Concreting works, done by the contractor on the said road section did not pass quality assurance test, which compels them to conduct replacement works without any expense from the government. |
