Assistant
Director
Kalikozaman T. Taha started to work at the Department as a
Civil Engineer at the then Ministry of Public Works and
Highways Region XII Office in 1982 and was promoted as
Engineer III assigned at the DPWH Autonomous Region in Muslim
Mindanao Office in Marawi City in 1989 and designated as
Assistant Regional Director at the same office in 2002. In
January 2004 he was transferred at the DPWH Region IX Office
and in Region X in July and
in Region XII in September in the same year.
Among
the trainings and seminars that Assistant Director Taha had attended are
the Material Testing & Quality Control in 1982, Material
Engineering & Quality Control in 1983 and Structural Plans
for Bridge & Culvert & Introduction to Instructional
Inspection in 1983.

Taha is an active member of the Philippine Institute of Civil
Engineers and the Marawi Sultanate League.

Taha completed his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at
the Manuel L. Quezon University in 1981 and also has a
Bachelors Degree on Arts from the Pangarungan College in 1972.
He
was married to Zorohayda D. Tanggol who is the Department of
Social Welfare and Development Region XII Office and blessed
with nine children namely Khalid, Jalilah, Johara, Rogong,
Princess Sarah Jane, Hana Farina, Zorrahayda Jr., Abdul Khalig
and Abdul Qahar.
