Assistant
Director Mangbalo Maniri devoted his entire almost forty-four years of laudable
service only to the Department of Public Works and Highways
which is credited specially to our Muslim brothers since he
never left Mindanao for an assignment. He rose from the ranks
from being a Survey Aide in 1964 at the then Bureau of Public
Highways, held various positions serving MPH-CEO-Marawi City
and DPWH-XII until his appointment as Director III in January
1988. He also served DPWH-IX from September 2004 to April
2006. He is currently one of the two Assistant Regional
Directors of DPWH Regional Office X since July 2007.

Director Maniri has attended numerous trainings and seminars sponsored
by various agencies and institutions like Seminar Workshop on Professional Growth Value Clarification for Executives,
Program for Executive Development, Capital Environment
Progress and many more.
Assistant
Director Maniri, an Environmental Planner since 1994, passed the Career
Executive Service (CES) Eligibility in 1996 and was conferred
with a Career Executive Service Officer Rank in 1998. He
earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering course at
the Manuel Luis Quezon University in 1968.He
was born on February 17, 1944 in Lanao del Sur. He is married
to Noralia Maniri, a teacher and they are blessed with five
children.
