Assistant
Director Jorge Sebastian brought to his position 28 years of work experience
as a licensed civil engineer.
He has been serving as the Assistant Regional Director
of the DPWH Region IX since September 19, 2006. Before
that, he was designated OIC-Assistant Regional Director for
six months and as District Engineer for five years.
He also became OIC-DE for two years, ADE and Engineer
III OIC-ADE.
Assistant
Director Sebastian has attended Asphalt Technology Workshop conducted
by the PADAP, on R.A. 544 and 9160 and PERT/CPM.
He
finished his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree
from FEATI University in 1976 and finished his Masters in
Public Administration degree in 1997 at the Andres Bonifacio
College, Dipolog City.

Director Sebastian was born on August 23, 1953 at Tabuk, Kalinga.
He is married to Susan Baina Gahum and is blessed with
five children.
