Three batches of DPWH Regional Office X employees attended the orientation for Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS).
The resource speakers for the orientation-workshop included Atty. Mary Therese P. Quizo of the Administrative Division, John Henri P. De Veyra from the Personnel and Engr. Sabeniano Caliao Jr. from the Quality Assurance and Hydrology Division (QAHD).
The reason of the training is for the employees to deeply appreciate the four stages of the DPWH SPMS, the forms used, the processes and roles.
The third batch comprised of District Engineers, Assistant District Engineers and Division Chiefs and they were tasked to craft Major Final Outputs (MFOs), Success Indicators (SIs) and Budget Allocation for their respective offices. First part contained the explanation of performance management which is an organization-wide process to ensure that Goals are met in the most efficient and effective manner.
