  1.) The cost estimate high/deep water level condition includes Structural Steel Craneway, Structural Steel T-Platform and Cofferdamming of the footing foundation.
  2.) Cost of Replacement/Reconstruction work may be increased by 15% of the new construction cost due to removal of existing bridge structure and provision of detour and traffic management.
  3.) The price of construction materials are based on the regional average prices plus 15% mark-up for the hauling cost (3rd Quarter of CY-2015), equipment rates are based from the latest ACEL Rates (25th Edition) and labor rates are based on the approved labor rates (October 2015).
   
  4.) The estimated unit cost was derived from the assumed typical design of Bridge Structure and may be vary depending on the actual design. 
 
  5.) The retrofitting works is assumed to be designed using glass fiber reinforcement on girders.

        Secondary Roads - other roads which complement with the national arterial roads to provide access to main population and production centers of the country.
