The project will be constructed over one of the most
heavily congested corridors in Metro Manila, namely
Quezon Avenue and Don Mariano Marcos Avenue. |

Will connect
Quezon City and Manila City with high speed
transport facility, thus decongest traffic
of at-grade road. It will be partially
elevated and partially underground
expressway with
4 lanes and 16.1 km length. |
