Contractor
Billing Guidelines have been developed to streamline
contractor payments while ensuring accurate verification of
billings. This effort, coupled with the efforts of our
Quality Assurance Unit has made great strides in
streamlining operations and improving transparency, and
improving billing submitted by Contractors.
In
line with the current reform efforts of the DPWH in
streamlining and strengthening of policies and procedures,
and as required under Department Order No. 207 series 2000,
Contractor Billing Guidelines have been issued for strict
adherence.
