Construction of an alternative route to Dalton
Pass along the eastern alignment with a total
length of 9 km. starting from San Jose City,
Nueva Ecija to Aritao, Nueva Viscaya on the
north. It includes the construction of a 1-km.
tunnel bridge and 1.5-km. viaduct.
