March is Women’s Month and March 8 is International Women’s Day.

The DPWH -GAD will spearhead the celebration of the International Women’s Day on March 7 during the flag ceremony. Special guest of DPWH COGAD is Honorable Congresswoman Mary “Mitch” Cajayon of Caloocan City, an advocate of women’s rights.

On the same day the DPWH –GAD will launch the newly reformatted website and GAD helpdesk—Dial GAnDa.
