DPWH Reforms
Guided by the overall policy directive of President Benigno S.
Aquino III’s “Tuwid Na Landas,” DPWH Secretary
Rogelio L. Singson laid down his “DPWH Transformation Framework,”
with the following objectives: (1) transform the organization and
its employees; (2) simplify/innovate to reduce corruption and
improve efficiency; and, (3) optimize resources.
