ILOILO FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT
a

Project Director Patrick Gatan of the DPWH Major Flood Control Project (Cluster 1)-Project Management Office explains to Secretary Victor A. Domingo key features of the Iloilo Flood Control Project which will mitigate perennial flood problem in Iloilo City and nearby towns in the province of Iloilo. Costing P5Billion, the project is more than 5 percent of the projected schedule of completion. Also in photo are DPWH Undersecretary Rafael C. Yabut, Assistant Secretary Emil K. Sadain, Iloilo Flood Control Project Manager Jerome Borjal, and DPWH Region 6 Director Rolando M. Asis.
